Assessment before a procedure
The clinical approach considers skin, structure, relevant history and your goals together. A recommendation should explain why an option may be appropriate, its limitations and what alternatives exist.

A physician shaped by careful assessment, dermatopathology and a considered approach to treatment.
Dermatopathology is the study of skin through its tissue and cellular detail. It offers another way to understand what is happening beneath the surface.
Dr. Costi brings that perspective to dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Assessment comes before a plan; treatment is considered in the context of anatomy, history and the person in front of him.
