Initial Private Concierge enquiries
We collect your first name, preferred location, a broad reason for contacting us, one selected contact method and its email address or international phone number, and any optional short note you choose to provide. An originating public treatment interest may be carried forward from a link you selected. Please do not submit medical history, photographs or sensitive clinical records here.
We record your contact consent version and submission time, an enquiry reference, delivery state and website origin. Consent authorises a response through your selected contact channel, not marketing. An enquiry does not create an account, reserve a time or confirm an appointment.
Who can access it
The authorised coordination team can review saved enquiries in the protected staff feed. Staff notification emails contain the enquiry reference only, not your contact details or note. If email notification fails, the saved enquiry remains available to staff for review and delivery recovery.
Scheduling and clinical intake
Initial enquiries do not create Google Calendar appointments. Calendar entries are created only through separately authorised booking operations. Detailed medical intake belongs in an approved secure clinical environment, not this enquiry or ordinary messaging.
Existing booking requests
Previously submitted booking requests and confirmed arrangements remain in the existing protected booking system. Existing private correction and pre-arrival links remain subject to their token and eligibility checks. Do not share those links.
Corrections and retention
For an initial enquiry correction, contact Private Concierge and quote your reference; do not submit clinical information. The clinic must approve and publish retention periods, the formal correction/contact route, lawful processing and jurisdiction-specific disclosures before launch. No retention period or response-time promise is invented here.
